2027 Season Pricing
Thank you for considering BCM Designs LLC for your irrigation design needs. The following fee structure outlines our standard pricing for the 2027 season. Project costs may vary based on complexity, site conditions, and the quality of information provided by the client.
Design Fees

Up to 0.25 acres
Small Residential
Flat fee
- Includes one revision
- Additional revisions: $50/hr (2-hr minimum)
- CAD redraw fee applies when a CAD base is not provided
0.3 to 2 acres
Large Residential
Flat fee
- Includes one revision
- Additional revisions: $50/hr (4-hr minimum)
- CAD redraw fee applies when a CAD base is not provided
2+ acres
Residential Over 2 Acres
14-hour minimum ($700) — estimate provided before work begins
- Includes one revision
- Additional revisions: $50/hr (4-hr minimum)
- CAD redraw fee applies when a CAD base is not provided

Commercial & Agricultural

Additional Services

An unpriced materials list may be provided upon request for an additional fee.

CID review and certification stamps are available through a third-party for an additional fee. CID bids will be acquired and submitted through BCM Designs and will require client approval and signature prior to initiating the design.

Consultation Services, including schematic drawings and review of existing irrigation plans, are available starting at $200. Final pricing will be based on the scope and complexity of the consultation.
Payment Terms
Invoicing will be issued upon completion of the design unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment will be due no later than 30 days after date of invoice.
- Payments received more than 30 days after the invoice date may be assessed a 2% late fee.
- Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Remote Design Services
BCM Designs LLC provides all irrigation design services remotely. Clients are responsible for supplying accurate site information, landscape plans, and water source data necessary for design development. BCM Designs LLC will work directly with each client to ensure the final design meets project requirements while maintaining design efficiency and accuracy.
